Refund Policy

We want you to feel that Matins is worth what you paid for it. If it is not, the rules below explain how to get your money back.
14-day right of withdrawal (UK / EU)
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you can cancel a subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not used the paid service substantially during that period. Substantial use is generally more than three reflections on Pro tiers.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. We do not pro-rate the current month, but we will consider a refund within seven days of the most recent charge if you contact us with a reason.
Annual plans
Annual plans include a 7-day trial. During the trial you can cancel with a full refund. After the trial, we offer a pro-rata refund within the first 30 days if you have used fewer than ten reflections in the period.
Lifetime (Founder) plan
The Lifetime plan is refundable in full within 30 days of purchase if you have used fewer than ten reflections. After 30 days, refunds are not available, except where required by law.
App Store and Google Play purchases
If you subscribed inside the iOS App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. We will do our best to support a request you raise with us, but we cannot issue refunds for App Store or Play purchases directly.
How to request a refund
Email billing@matins.ai with the email address on your account and a brief reason. We respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds reach your card within 5–10 days, depending on your bank.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
